Your visions about yourself can be regarding your personal life, professional life, your relationships, etc. They can be understood as the long-term goals of your life.
3. Goals:
In the opinion of David Allen, the third level of 6 Levels of Perspective is Goals. You must first set goals in alignment with the vision that you want to achieve in the next 1-2 years. In setting these goals you can include the resolutions that you make by the end of the year. You must write them and set the first actions that you need to do to achieve them.
4. Areas of Focus:
The fourth level of 6 Levels of Perspective given by David Allen is Area of Focus. You need to pay attention and focus on different facets of your life that you want to improve or maintain including both your personal and professional life, your relationships and your self-improvement, etc. An area of focus can affect many goals that you’ve set for yourself in your life.
5. Projects:
David Allen suggests that the fifth level of the 6 Levels of Perspective is Projects. Whatever result you want to yield requires multiple actions to be performed. You need to give priority to the projects that contribute towards achieving your goals rather than stealing your time. These projects should be aligned with the ultimate goal of your life.
