Jack Ma's most Important advice

Jack Ma in conference
Jack Ma, the founder of the Ali Baba group has a very inspirational story. Since the beginning, he had a never say die attitude. He faced so many rejections in his life that we might have given up if we were at his place. He failed five times during schooling and three times in the University Entrance exam. Jack Ma also applied for Harvard and got rejected ten times. He applied for a job in Police and even for KFC but got rejected everywhere. Now Jack Ma is one of the most influential and richest people on earth. He’s also one of the most powerful person in China.
So what is his most important advice for all of us?
That famous and most relevant advice of Jack Ma is “Instead of learning from other people’s success, learn from their mistakes. Most of the people who fail used to share common reasons to fail whereas success can be attributed to various different kinds of reasons.” Many times we concentrate on the success of others but never understand that success came after so many failures. The success of anyone can be compared with the tip of an iceberg. Just like the iceberg has a mountain structure beneath the ocean, success comes after a series of failures. Successful people are just like a duck swimming in a lake. She looks very calm and composed from outside but if we look inside the lake then we find how much effort she’s putting to cross the lake.
Tip of the iceberg
Our life is too short to do several mistakes but we must always learn from other's mistakes. There are certain ways by which we can learn from the failures of successful people:
1. Read more and more books: An average CEO reads 52 books on an average. So what do you think why they used to read so many books? Its because many successful people used to write their experiences in books and these CEO read those books and learn how to not do things in the wrong way. We must also treat ourselves as the CEO of our own life and by doing this we can turn our life into a profitable and fulfilling existence.
2. Watch relevant Youtube Videos: Nowadays so many inspirational and motivational YouTube pages are mushrooming that we can easily find the relevant channel. We just need to check these videos to grab the knowledge. Many people are also uploading a summary of very popular books over YouTube so if you are not a book worm then also you can learn about famous personalities over YouTube.
Improve written on board
3. Attend self-improvement sessions: Self Improvement sessions are also a great medium to learn new things. Many famous personalities used to conduct these sessions for the benefit of the community. Just keep a watch and try to attend those sessions frequently. These sessions can also prove as a game-changer for you as you will then have a chance of getting contact with fellow attendees and your connections will increase.
Try to implement this important advice from Jack Ma and enjoy your life.
