Wicked smile of Steve Jobs
Long time back a sculptor used to live in a village. He was a very talented person and used to earn a good amount of money for his living. After some time he was blessed with a son. At a very small age, his son also started making sculptures. His son also used to make good sculptures and after looking at his work, the sculptor used to become very happy. Father used to give feedback to his son for constructive improvements for his work. Son also used to take feedback from his father in a positive way and used to try his best next time. Subsequently, his son started making better sculptures after implementing his father's inputs. Now his sculptures were selling at higher rates as compared to his father's sculptures. But still, his father used to find improvements in his sculptors and one day son started scolding his father. Son told his father that now he has achieved perfection and there is no need for your feedback. He also told him that please improve your own work and try to sell sculptors at higher rates. After this incident father stopped his feedbacks.
After some time, Sculptor's son started observing that the quality of his work had gone down and his paintings were not selling at higher prices. When he analyzed his situation then he found that his father's feedbacks were very important in improving his skills. He accepted his grave mistake and approached his father to apologize for his behavior. His father became happy as he was expecting this thing to happen. Son observed his father's smile and asked, " Have you already knew that I will come back?" On this question, his father replied yes. He said that the same thing happened several years back between him and his father. Son immediately apologized in front of his father and started taking his feedback again. This is the message Steve jobs had given to all of us when he delivered a famous speech at Stanford University. The central idea of that speech was the Same “stay hungry, stay foolish”.

We all know Steve Jobs was one of the most innovative people and was credited with the amazing brand value of Apple computers. Today we will explore the 3 most important advice of Steve Jobs:
1. SEE FUTURE: Steve Jobs had a special talent for perceiving future technologies and customer demands. When computers were started coming into the picture then he predicted that it will be the next big thing and started Apple computers. He identified a gap between customer needs and products that other computer companies were selling. He bridged that gap by introducing stylish and easy to understand computer series known as Macintosh. Similarly, Chess players used to predict even 15-20 iterations ahead of the current move. We must learn from this quality and always try to predict our future actions in advance so that we can become ready for our future responsibilities.
2. INSIDE AND OUTSIDE: Steve Jobs used to focus on the overall product. Many times we do not use to focus on small details of our work and here is great learning for all of us. When Apple designers were designing the Macintosh series then he found that PCB (Printed Circuit Boards) had transistors, resistors, and integrated circuits placed in mix and match manner. On this, Jobs asked his designers, his designers answered that who will look inside the computer, there is no need to place all the stuff of PCB in an attractive manner. on this Jobs started scolding them and explained that when you want to reach the top-notch position than small things also matter. That was the level of Steve Jobs and we must always try to do our work with such type of perfection.
3. GET INSPIRED: In his lifetime, Steve Jobs was inspired by so many personalities and learned good qualities from such personalities. We must also read about famous personalities and try to imbibe their good qualities in our character.
These were the 3 most important qualities of Steve Jobs. In the future, we will share more about Steve Jobs.
