Success sutras of Nelson Mandela

First black president of South Africa
Do you know there was a time when basic services were provided on the basis of skin color? White people used to get better facilities as compared to black people. This problem was there in most of the countries but it was worst in South Africa where 70% of people were blacks and most of the services were performed by Africans but still they used to get the worst facilities. The racial difference was there since time immemorial but it got worse when the National Party in 1948 decided to create separate places for Blacks and Whites. But due to the persistent efforts of Mr. Nelson Mandela, this differentiation ended. However, that was not easy as Mandela spent 27 years of his life in prison due to this movement.
Let us know more about Mr. Mandela. He was a son of a tribal leader and his original name was Rolihlahla Mandela and later became the first Black president of South Africa. He also won Bharata Ratna and Nobel peace prize. He was a great orator and a true Gandhian. So what was the reason for his success and what was his Success sutra? We have compiled success sutras of Mr. Nelson Mandela.
1) Be willing to die for your cause: When Mr. Nelson Mandela was convicted for conspiring against the state in 1964 he told that " He is willing to die for his cause". That statement was very tough and it distinguished him among other freedom fighters. We must also learn this important trait of Mandela and must dedicate ourselves towards our goal. In this way, we will become the best version of ourselves. Our commitment towards our goal decides the extent of our success
2) Prove them wrong: In one of his speaking sessions at Harvard University, he shared one of his realizations: " When I phoned some other person in another part of the country then I asked To whom am I speaking with? The lady on the other side answered that you are talking with me. Dear Lady, I know that I am talking to you but what's your name. Lady said who are you to ask this question. Tell me your name first and the lady became so angry that she asked Mandela that, is he a backward and illiterate person? Mandela said that he is a literate man and has higher standards then the lady told that he can never match her standards and hung up the phone. Mandela proved that lady wrong. Similarly, we must also accept each and every challenge in our life and always try to break the status quo.
3) Speak with conviction: After getting out of prison in 1990, Mandela visited the US. In the US, Mandela was invited to Ted Koppel's show " The Nightline". At that time Mr. Koppel was known as one of the toughest interviewers in the world. The Nightline was one of the top-rated late-night programs of the US. The interview was designed to assassinate the credibility, character, and cause of Mandela. The open questionnaire was also designed in such a way that it supported views of white supremacist, apartheid sympathizers, and opponents of Mandela's African National Congress party (ANC). But with his wisdom, Mandela answered boldly and the attempt of character assassination was failed miserably. The video can be watched over Youtube and the conviction of Mandela can be observed in his way of speaking. Similarly, if we have decided our goal then we must not look back and must have a clear conviction of our success. Our thought must not have a drop of doubt even in our way of speaking about our goals.
Begin with the end in mind
Its rightly said that "Our mind can achieve whatever it can think of". We can learn from Mandela and can achieve success in our life by following his success sutras.
