BMW of everyone

BMW logo
We all have goals in our life, and we used to work on those goals consistently. But while working on our goals we forget about ourselves. BMW is a dream of many people but very few people concentrate on true BMW to become successful enough to buy a BMW. So what does this BMW mean?
It stands for Body, Mind, and Words and we must control these things in a positive way to achieve amazing results. Let us understand these things in detail:
Body: It's very bad when the situation demands and we feel very tired. Successful people know that their physical well being is very important and hence if you will see successful people around, you can expect they are keeping their good physical well being. They do not want their illness or injury to impact their success path and hence they do certain very important things like a) They do regular exercise to ensure that they will never feel tired easily b) proper eating schedule: Successful people enure that they will consume fewer sugars and caffeine to boost temporary performance and they take healthy diet on regular intervals, c) They give proper rest to their bodies: Rest is a very important factor that most of us ignore but it makes us ready to face challenges head-on.
Group Exercise
Mind: Successful people know that the mind is a very important tool to handle difficult situations in a very smooth way. But the mind is just like a sword and if we do not sharpen our sword regularly then it will become blunt. There is also a study that concluded that the average CEO of top companies read 60 books in a year. When we read books than we actually experience the life of an author and his experiences of life. We will also get a new perspective of looking at life when we read knowledgeable books. Successful people also take the actual benefit of endorphins. Endorphin is a chemical which got released whenever we experience success. This is also can be related to the success of Facebook and other popular social media platforms. Whenever we get 1 like from our friends then we get a kick in our mind and we feel happy by getting more likes but on the other hand when we do not get likes then we become stressed. Successful people take the actual benefit of this technique by achieving small successes at regular intervals. So how can we also take benefit from this technique? In the office, we get small tasks from our bosses every day and we must try to achieve those small tasks as soon as possible. In college life also, we get small assignments regularly and we must try to complete them immediately to have a sense of success.

Words: Do you know why we have one mouth and two ears? Its because our creator wanted us to speak less and hear more. When we speak we only repeat our current knowledge but when we listen, we gather new information from others. Successful people follow this mantra of gathering more information and knowledge by listening and reading very frequently. They also control their words by thinking twice before speaking. We all must follow this technique of thinking twice before speaking. Many times we regret our words and many people risk their career by arguing unnecessarily with their seniors.
Words have power quote
Try your best to control your BMW and you will definitely become successful and will be able to buy a BMW for yourself one day.
