Body: It's very bad when the situation demands and we feel very tired. But the mind is just like a sword and if we do not sharpen our sword regularly then it will become blunt. There is also a study that concluded that the average CEO of top companies read 60 books in a year. When we read books than we actually experience the life of an author and his experiences of life. We will also get a new perspective of looking at life when we read knowledgeable books. Successful people also take the actual benefit of endorphins. Endorphin is a chemical which got released whenever we experience success. This is also can be related to the success of Facebook and other popular social media platforms.
