Book Review: AI for Absolute Beginners by Anne Hansen

Introduction Artificial Intelligence has become one of the most talked-about technologies of our time. Yet, for many people, AI still feels intimidating, overly technical, or simply too complicated to understand. AI for Absolute Beginners by Anne Hansen successfully bridges this gap by transforming a complex subject into an approachable learning experience designed for everyday people rather than technology experts.  Unlike many AI books that focus heavily on programming concepts or advanced technical discussions, Hansen takes a refreshingly practical approach. She assumes no prior knowledge and patiently walks readers through the fundamentals before gradually introducing real-world applications. The result is a book that feels more like learning from an encouraging mentor than reading a technical manual. One of the book's greatest strengths is its central philosophy: you don't need to become an AI expert—you simply need to learn how to use AI effectively. This mindset remov...

Bruce lee: King of Martial Art

Bruce lee Statue in Los Angeles
Saudia Flight 163 was a flight that used to regularly fly between Karachi to Jeddah. 19 Aug 1980 was a normal day for that flight and pilots completed the first leg of the journey at Riyadh. In the second leg, the flight had to start from Riyadh and it started normally. Soon after takeoff, pilots observed the smoke in the compartment and decided to go back to Riyadh for an emergency landing. The flight with 287 passengers and 14 crew onboard landed successfully at Riyadh Airport. But all of the passengers and crew died just because of smoke even after taking successful emergency landing. Similarly many times we used to ruin our life even after starting our career well.
There are certain personalities who always inspire us to excel in life. Bruce Lee is one such person who achieved so much in life at a very early age. If we think about speed or Martial Art then his name used to come in our mind. He died at a very young age of 32 but what he had done in such a short time is really unimaginable. Apart from being a great martial artist, he was also a talented movie actor. His karate speed was so high that the cameramen had to make his scene slow so that the audience might not think that the shot is fake. Bruce Lee had the capability to punch a person standing at 3 feet distance in 0.05 seconds. He spent his childhood in Hong Kong where his father used to work as Opera Singer and actor. He got influenced to learn martial art when few goons entered his city and started harassing citizens. He started learning a martial art to teach those goons a good lesson. After learning martial arts, he started fighting those goons frequently. This made his father very anxious and he sent him to the USA for better career prospects. In America, he started struggling for getting some roles in movies.

He developed an exceptional talent in martial arts by doing regular and intermittent practice. In 1969, he had written a letter to self which clearly indicated his optimistic mindset. He was very clear that very soon he will become a very big star. Some excerpts from the letter " My Definite Chief Aim, I, Bruce Lee, will become the biggest Chinese Hollywood star. In return, I will give my best performance. I will become popular across the globe by 1970. I will earn 10 million dollars by 1980. I will live in my way and achieve inner harmony." After four years, Bruce Lee left this world but whatever he achieved in those 4 years is really unimaginable.

He had written this letter when he was facing a shortfall of money and no one was ready to take a Chinese actor in Hollywood films. Shortly his father died and he got a fracture after which doctors told him to discontinue Martial arts. But he never discontinued his practice and look what he had achieved. Friends we all know that goal statement is very important in life and Bruce Lee clearly showed the importance of the goal statement. Let's make our goal statement today and start working immediately to achieve those goals.

Why Greek Athletes Imagined Losing Before They Won

Introduction Fear has stopped more dreams than failure ever has. Many people believe they struggle because they lack talent, resources, intelligence, or opportunity. In reality, the biggest obstacle is often much simpler: fear. Fear of failure. Fear of rejection. Fear of embarrassment. Fear of not being good enough. These fears silently influence decisions every day. They prevent people from speaking up in meetings, starting businesses, applying for promotions, pursuing relationships, or taking risks that could transform their lives. What is fascinating is that thousands of years ago, long before psychology textbooks and neuroscience laboratories existed, ancient Greek athletes had already discovered a powerful method for dealing with fear. Instead of trying to avoid failure, they mentally embraced it. This practice, known as prokatalepsis , was a form of mental preparation that helped athletes free themselves from the emotional grip of fear and perform at their highest level. Today, m...
