Why it’s never too late to change your life

Why it’s never too late to change your life Morgan Freeman, Sam Walton, Ray Kroc, Reed Hastings

Introduction

Many people used to think that it's already too late to start anything new. We used to see so many people around us who had already given up their hopes. There are people who are 19 years old and think that they are failures, 25 years old who have bowed down to the hardships, 35 years old who have started giving up their hopes and 50 years old who have long forgotten the meaning of their dreams. But if we see and analyze then we will find that success does not have any deadline. According to Forbes, 35 years of age is the best age to start any company. At the age of 23, Oprah was fired from his first job, at 28 JK Rowling was a suicidal single parent living on welfare. Reed Hastings started Netflix at the age of 47, Ray Kroc started his first McDonald at the age of 51 and Morgan Freeman got his first movie role at the age of 52. Today we will see 3 famous personalities who have started their companies very late and became successful.
Sam Walton
Sam Walton, the man behind Walmart chain of stores started his first Walmart store when he was 44 years old. Later he became one of the most successful American business entrepreneurs of the 20th century. He started with the poverty of the great depression and fought with great challenges while working in different retail stores. Later in life, he got an idea of discount stores and opened his Walmart chain of stores.
Henry Ford
Henry Ford spent most of his life while doing a job as an engineer. He finally got success with his Model T when he was 45 years old. Also, he revolutionized the automobile industry with his innovative idea of moving assembly lines. By the introduction of assembly lines, he reduced the time it took to assemble a car from more than 12 hours to around 2.5 hours. At that time his age was 50 years and ordinary people cannot think of success at this advanced stage of life.
Why it’s never too late to change your life
Ray Kroc
Do you know how to sell burgers and become an overnight success at the age of 52 years of age? Ray Kroc once said, “I was an overnight success all right, but 30 years is a long, long night.” When Ray Kroc was 15 years old, he joined Red Cross as an Ambulance Driver but the war ended shortly and he has to leave his training. He then worked as a piano player, multimixer salesman, and paper cup salesman. Ray Kroc always wanted to build a restaurant chain that can be remembered for its quality and quick service. He met with McDonald brothers who were selling burgers, fries, and beverages at a great speed. They had a small menu but quick service and Ray Kroc observed a great opportunity there. In 1955, he started McDonald’s System, Inc to provide franchisees of McDonald's restaurants. He bought exclusive rights to use McDonald's name and operating systems after 6 years.

Summary

All of the above personalities were above 40 years when they finally achieved success and they clearly proved that age is just a number. If this does not encourage you to start your success journey with full zeal then we don't know what will? Remember that our best days are yet to come and 40 is a new 20.
